Shenmue 3...more like Half Life 3.
Feels like this game has been delayed a dozen times now.
Meanwhile, Judgement, a spin-off of the Yakuza series, comes to the West on PS4 in a couple of weeks (wait for the PC version, 60fps on the Dragon Engine is SO MUCH BETTER THAN 30FPS-sometimes on a base PS4), as well as Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Ironic that Yakuza, a game made by many of the same devs who made Shenmue, was made 5 years after Shenmue's initial release and has had 8 main games now with if you count the upcoming Shin Yakuza, plenty of spin-offs, a TV series based on one of the games on PSP, a movie based on the first game that...shockingly looks like the game, but still has some silliness and is still, like most video game movies, no good. (the only reason I even knew of the movie was that it was literally called Yakuza: Like a Dragon, which is kind of like if they made a movie of Resident Evil and had the Japanese name as the subtitle!) Also ironic that Bloodstained, some drama aside that wasn't as pronounced as Mighty No. Better Than Nothing from what I remember (selling pre-orders as DLC is the most recent one, but that's honestly standard practice for pre-order DLC at this point, everyone. It's not like they're gonna not capitalize on the opportunity for people who don't have money for everything who buy games later to get Shao Kahn or Goro for MKX later than when their false advertising campaign would state. Not defending it, of course, but this is the 2019 gaming industry, not the pre-2006 one), has an actual release date and they listened to feedback from people who played that beta with no lighting whatsoever and improved upon it.

How many times exactly? Update me
It's more like this game series has had about as many rumors of a continuation and teases over the years like Episode 3/Half Life 3, but nothing ever came of it outside of some mobile game that no one but the most dedicated of fans played.

100GB for PC?
I hope is not that way on ps4, the game won't even fit on the disc.
I imagine the space that the Yakuza games that have been ported to PC and are installed on my SSD will be more worth it.
