Man, Nintendo just wants all of my money, don't they?

And they just keep finding ways to get it.

C'mon, guys, I gotta have SOME money left to buy one of the Gen 8 Pokemon games.

maybe there is a way to build new lvls offline on cfw and share a dump with a friend with NSO, to publish it online under his account....mmmmh

edit: okok, this would instaban the user with NSO, since he needs to CFW very likely too. it was a crackpot idea, I admit. nvm

Looks great! I really hope that you can at least play other peoples levels or do multiplayer without NSO. I've got the dreams early access and as of now I know you can at least play other peoples levels and I think upload too.

Wow. First of all -- can't wait until June. Last year I went out to buy a switch to guarantee I would have one with the Tegra hardware vulnerability. But this has sat untouched and unopened for nearly a year now. Super Mario Maker 2 will finally be the game to pull me away from 3DS/PS4 to get into some Switch goodness.

Second, I was loving those new SMW themes. Having recently picked up ROM hacking in April I had been feeling accomplished since I was able to utilize sprite sheets to import the Super Mario Maker tilesets into my SMW Rom hack. Now I can't wait to do the same for these new SMW themes which to be honest look to be very bright and beautiful backgrounds.

If someone figures out if the games use their respectable physics then I will buy this one. Super Mario Maker was a big disappointment for me, changed it from NSB, to SMW and the physics stayed the same and still feels like New Super Mario Bros. Nope.

That'll almost definitely be the same in this version. The point of the game is that you can switch between themes without breaking level design.

Except for the new Super Mario 3D World theme... That isn't cross compatible so that will probably have different physics.

Yeah so if that ends up being confirmed then I'm not going to buy it again. I'm not into this "lets all follow one physics engine" crap

Geez, the switch is the whole reason my 3ds has just been collecting dust. Trust me, it's hard going back once you have been spoiled by higher resoulotions then below even standard definition -.-

Hi guys. I have a Nintendo Online 12-month sub already. If I purchase the digital game + the Nintendo Online 12-month Sub package, does that stack on the 12-months I already have? I thought I heard that in the Direct, but would like clarification before I purchase that package. :)
Yes, it does. You won't be charged for those next 12 months.
