I too, have unrealistic dreams and that makes me feel so depressed and hopeless in life
I usualy have dreams only when i feel sick and unwell. Most of the time they are some freaking ridiculous and creepy stuff like my leg rotting away, my niece's burial, sitting in exploding card or... my sister being a bitch and throwing by stuff out for no good reason.
If we're referring to dreams as in life goals, I have quite a few:
Mostly related to the arts and whatnot. I don't know if I can achieve any of them but achieving one would really make me content with my life.
- Work as a game developer/game designer
- Get in the film industry as a cinematographer/director
- Become a colorist for photos/videos
- Become a photographer
- Become a musician
- Become a newscaster
- Start a podcast
- Become a voice actor or voice over artist
Own a production companyOk, this is too far off and I know I can't actually achieve this one

I agree for musician. It's been rough at the start but it's becoming much easier now!
I dream of a day when the people of the world decide to dismantle big government and live freely to do as they please as long as no harm is done. Agriculture is taught in all learning facilities as a way for the people to provide for themselves and not to be reliant on others, guns are promoted to be used for self defense and for hunting, currency is destroyed and trading of materials or livestock is the norm, and cities destroyed to make way for nature. Very short version of my dreams.
Words of encouragement really go a long way! Thanks to the both of you! I actually have plans to start a bit of recording for a song soon along with my friend. Becoming a musician is a bit closer now as compared to back then.

I just realized that this is the thread about what people want and not about stuff in your head when you sleep, thus making my last post look kinda stupid :'D.
Personaly i dream about simple life in some hut in the middle of nowhere or small room, a not very absorbing job and rather stressless life. I'm minimalist, i can enjoy being relatively poor if it means that i'll have no reason to be stressed.
Oh, and i would like to see people don't overcomplicate things. I think that people today are too much taking care of shit that is irrelevant for them on the bigger scale. Enjoy yourselves people and do what you enjoy to do instead of trying to find another reasons to rebel against non-existing opression.

And people die of common preventable and treatable diseases, people shooting each other, women dying in childbirth, high infant mortality, life expectancy would be about 40 at best. Lovely dream! If you really wanted to live like that you can do that now. Move to, say, rural Tanzania.

beside he's already able to 2 instruments: flute and trombone and he can speak 3 languages.
that's because people are sedentary, there's a cure for a lot of diseases, but definitely no cure for their laziness: play less video games, eat healthy and go to jogging, it's not that hard at all.
it's likely only NA problem, mass shooting happens rarely in EU except in France.
statically usually in 3rd worlds where there isn't proper medical assistance.
