Hacking Using System Transfer when console banned

Hey all.

Accidentally uploaded a SMM course online when I was using a MOD. This got me a BAN!

I now have another wii u (however, without gamepad).

I read that a system transfer can get rid of the ban - ie transfer to another wii u, then transfer back and my ban be gone? Do i need two gamepad screens to do this?

Is there any truth to this? Thanks

Yes you do need another Gamepad to do the transfer but you can try and call Nintendo to move your account on to the other Wii U and then you could possibly use Savemii to backup and restore your saves
