how I unlink the NNID on a banned new 3ds xl with cfw luma 3ds ecc? without formatting

not sure if you will get unbanned by removing your NNID and making a new one but there's a guide on how to remove it using godmode9 here: https://3ds.guide/it_IT/troubleshooting.html. There's also a thread made about getting unbanned here

If you have A9LH or do it on emuNAND there's no risk.
