You can't completely clean this, and you don't have to. It's not necessary.
It's hard to explain, but simply this file helps eShop know if you've purchase the game it is finding or not.
I think for a game to be on the list it needs someone to buy it and upload the title key on the site before
so it mean no one bough it and uploaded the title key

I don't know if you can inject Wii U tickets yet but the titlekeys site which this app gets has Wii U title keys as well. Just do a lil digging!

Yeah, there is.
Just open the shortened link in a browser, copy the full link and generate a QR-Code out of it (google "Url to QR Code" or something similar)

Yeah I think some links are getting a page which is like "this link may take you to another site that could contain viruses or could be a fraudulent or a phishing site" and puts in a little timer until the actual ticket page loads and I think that's messing everything up.
I second this. sometimes it says 60+ things were added and you can only see a few of them. I would love a way to sort them by order that they were added to the program

Well, I tried to download Moon via generated QR code... it starts downloading, but eventually FBI freezes. Other titles download fine, though I've not tried anything of a similar size, I ought to really, just to be sure.
Great tool, but I thought at first the QR code in the screenshots was an actual QR, so for a second I thought the program made interpretive art with it's QR generator.
