I've saw a few posts saying how to disable the Shutter Sound, for example this one:

https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-ther...hutter-sound-and-video-sounds-removed.630576/

and

https://gbatemp.net/threads/ninjacam-in-2022.608185/

and there were no solutions in the comments, except NinjaCam. But when downloading NinjaCam on https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/NinjaCam_3DS, or Rinnegatamante's website, extracting the file and putting NinjaCam.3dsx on the sdmc:/3ds folder, you just get a black screen when launching it.

Even I was looking for a solution to the shutter sound. After I spent hours trying to figure it out myself, I finally found a solution, and it's FBI's Scan QR Code Option. Launch FBI, go to Remote Install, and go to Scan QR Code. When you're ready to take the picture, open the Rosalina menu and select Take Screenshot. Luma3DS will screenshot both the top screen and the bottom screen. The Screenshot will be saved in sdmc:/luma/screenshots. If you don't want the blue bars to be in your screenshot, just crop the image. I use https://www.img2go.com/crop-image to crop them.

Edit: You can also take pictures with the Camera in Anemone3DS's Scan QR Code. Press R to activate the Camera.

I wonder what the problem is? Did you try creating a .xml file and putting it in the same folder as the .3dsx file, as described in https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ninjacam.405181/post-5851184 ?

Altneratively: try launching the 3DS camera app. Then bring up the Rosalina menu, select "Switch the hb. title to the current app”, close the camera app, start the camera app again, and then run NinjaCam from the HB Launcher.

https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ninjacam.405181/post-6887648 mentions a .cia version, but the link doesn't work.

I did try that with the .xml in the same folder and did the 3DS camera app but still didn't boot.

Oh well. You can also try a different game that uses the camera one way or another (AR Games or Face Raiders, maybe), but that's a bit of a longshot.

(I was going to suggest Pokemon XY, but I wouldn't want something to happen to your save data – not that it's particularly likely.)
