and is this "ticket" extractable, editable, and injectable?
extractable... yes it's in the ticket.db, FunkyCIA uses that to extract your tickets. editable yes but then the ticket is no longer legit. injectable, well it gets installed with cias.
yifanlu made a ticket installer but i'm not sure if anyone got it to work, someone went me a compiled version for ninjhax2 but it didn't seem to work for me.

if we install the tickets sure, we can redownload from eshop, eshop lets us download 10 things at a time, although it's one by one. but we could leave it on at night and wake up and they should all be finished.
but this will not work for out of region content. not a big problem though, but still annoying.

Ok so it's plausible to create a master ticket with all the titles and encrypted keys needed for that 3DS's region and inject that same master ticket to redownload anything from the eShop on a hacked 3DS? For example I take a fresh N3DS on 9.2 or lower inject that master ticket with a massive amount of "redownloadable" titles update to the latest firmware and go download crazy until a format is performed?

a ticket is per game, the ticket.db is all the tickets you have, but i think that is unique to your console. i'm not sure how unique, i never looked to be honest.
but injecting the TICKETS yes, it's possible.
but if you update to the latest fw, no, i don't beleive the hacked tickets will work because they are not legit :)
the content is fine, sure, but the ticket is not. i doubt it will work without hacks, surely the ticket's signature is checked. it would be easy to try, if aureinand let me disable signature patching :D

Can I be a test subject of sorts then? you make a ticket with something simple like The legend of Zelda OOT3DS on it i'll install that ticket to my Sysnand update to the latest firmware and see if it lets me download it from the eShop sound good? Or can we simplify this process since my ticket has that game already made by FunkeyCIA and I just extract mines and go from there?

if you want to test just install the cia then delete the game via system settings, then update (and see if you can redownload via eshop) but i'm 99% certain it won't work

Even if they don't behave like legit cia's it would still be a nice option. I like the idea of being able to connect to the eshop and basically download whatever I want. I mean who on this forum doesn't have a CFW these days.

You can use Cakes to disable sig patching. :)

I already did some tests myself.
I installed GB Kid Icarus which I never had before.
After I deleted it I was able to redownload it from eShop. But only when signature checks are patched.
If you'll disable sig checks patching, eShop will give you an error if you'll try to redownload title.
And even if you redownload title when you still have sig patches, it won't launch after you disable or lose patches.
So, ticket's broken signature definitely won't let you redownload titles without CFW with sig patches enabled.

Ok so the installed game Zelda OOT 3D on Sysnand with no signature patching does not show up as a title (no shit)

But after deleting it while running MiniPasta then updating and going to the eShop with no signature patching im unable to download the game I get error code 007-6106

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Signed into my NNID just to see what would happen and same deal 007-6106 but still @cearp would you be able to release such a ticket for people who use Emunand or Arm9loaderhax that has all the titles currently from that encTitleKeys.bin?

Or can we build our own since the thought just accord that it would contain Keys which you cant share.

.
Tickets cannot be shared here, if you want all the current enctitlekeys your best bet is to use that titlekey db site and encrypt the dectitlekeys.bin using Decrypt9 but there is a limit to how many you can do and apparently some are invalid

a ticket is PER content, so for every thing you want, dlc, update, game, you need a ticket.
there must be some limit on the amount of tickets you can have, but it is way more than 300, so it shouldn't be a problem to most people.
because, if there was a limit, your real purchases would be saved by nintendo on their server, so it wouldn't be a big problem.

So it seems the site with the decypted title keys added the encrypted ones. I tried downloading Earthbound and install it using BBM, but i get an error upon installation. Does it mean that the key provided there (the encrypted ones) is not valid.

One ticket = one title. It would be ticket.db instead, with lot of tickets included. ;)
But we'll need to figure out how to inject tickets into ticket.db first. Then we could try to create ultimate ticket.db.

So, we can redownload titles we've never bought as long as we're running CFW with sig checks patched.
That's still awesome! All people certainly should switch to a9lh to have permanent and pretty much unpatchable CFW. B-)

That's not quite correct. The site now lets you download files that are correctly formatted in order to let you encrypt them with the newest commit of Decrypt9WIP.

You need to download and the compiled version of Decrypt9WIP from https://up1.ca/#FMVYBxKUp9Fk3EgUHE4OeQ (the current release on GitHub can't encrypt keys) and install it to your SD card, copy a decTitleKeys file to the root of the SD card, then encrypt the file with your 3DS. There are two files, so you'll need to do them one by one in order to get all keys. That means that you'll have two encTitleKeys files, one for each of the decTitleKeys files.

You can then use those encrypted title keys. There are already a few tools to output the keys in a readable fashion. AnalogMan posted one such tool in the PlaiCDN thread: link

|EDIT|
I see that that site is now displaying encrypted keys next to the decrypted ones. I can confirm that the key for Earthbound matches the key I encrypted myself. However, SNES game CIAs won't run on an o3DS, so:
1) Are you sure you used the encrypted key?
2) Are you using an n3DS?
