Doubt you could recover your save easily. I think your data is lost (or at the very least, reordered, bitwise negated, don't really know). This has just been confirmed by another user.

I didn't expect anything like that to happen, it has just no reason to.

I'm extremely sorry for what happened.

Well, I will be there to see if a recover is possible, because the other save worked on Desmume but not in the real cartridge. I think if someone knows how the save security works it can be recovered.

I saw something there about the save, but I didn't tried anything more, maybe @Kaphotics and this people:

Yours is 512KB right? Use Pokégen on it to see if it's valid.

I have this save from the another save editor, this save is older, I don't remember if I played since this save and the new one of yesterday, they are two different days saves from the savegame_manager for DS, they aren't full backup as the this app, but maybe we can recreate the save with this files.

Edit: It seems to be the same thing all time, both are broken.

The files from yesterday are broke since this:

Try converting the save to DeSmuME format, then rename the save to what the game accepts. There are converters out there, Google it. As for renaming, you can find out after starting a game with DeSmuME. After that, go to battery folder to see what the save is named.

Edit: Or just rename the save and import.

Restored my save and now I'm gonna try to inject to the real cartridge, at least I know that I have all!

Edit:
If I try to restore my save into the cartridge it says "Error: incorrect file size"

I'm gonna try with the older save_manager on my ODS with R4.

It seems to happen the same as TWLSaveTool, the savefile get broken when you inject into the cartridge. I leave there my save restored, if you manage to insert the save, will be worth suffering xD

I mean, the TWLSaveTool needs to recognize the full save to inject it right, I trust in you people >.<

It does, PMD EoS is 128KB eeprom (confirmed by multiple sources).
Even DeSemuME has problems with that.
