Ok so I'm sure that this has been asked somewhere in the 38 pages but is there anyway to connect an android tablet to the internet via your home wifi then use android tether or another program to send the signal from the android device. Im still looking for ways to do it via my iphone but so far it looks way to inconvenient. I have a router that has tomato on it but the rest of the people in the house arnt too happy when i change the ssid for like 30 minutes to do this.

Nah, it can't take in your home wifi AND send out a different wifi signal. One way street, there.
that is pretty cool actually because it does not take your mii color change the moment you change it. I am not sure how long exactly it needs to be before the next streetpass, but unless I was changing it almost immediately after the hit, it was taking my previous color for immediate streetpass and the changed color for the streetpass after it.
It changes when you start up Mii Plaza once again, so all you have to do is change your shirt color in Mii Maker, then start up Mii Plaza right after and it'll take effect.
Well I have two radios, so I'm connected to the first on my laptop, which is ssh'd to the router.
The second radio has a mac filter so just my 3DSes and DSes can connect to it, at the moment.
I'm using ifconfig.

So yeah I switched back to my 4.3 stock. And started wifi-tether with the following settings :
device profile : auto
setup method : auto
send no tether-interface cmd : ticked
mac address spoof: ticked
change mac : 40:53:50:4f:4f:46
wifi-driver reload 2: ticked
routing fix : ticked
And it is the first time in my life I can actually open the nintendo zone app without getting an error and I see some lol super mario 3d land play demo now and a zelda on the top left....
AND ....
busybox iplink show wlan0 has FINALLY the 40:53:50:4f:4f:46
and .. GREEN LIGHT

Yeah. It was happening as Phaerun said, even with Keyra's config so I thought that it is an issue of CM 10.1 and I decided to flash my phone back to stock, but in the process it gave me error and now my phone is dead. When I get it fixed I'll try again, I guess.
I'm more than likely going to hit up most of the MAC's regardless of Game/Mii Color, so neither really make a difference to me. In fact I just added the newest set mentioned by duke_srg to my current list. I have decided to randomize it though, instead of just going in number order. I've been getting way too many multiples in a row, despite only doing 3-5 at a time.

Oh I'd probably do the same honestly. It keeps it "semi" pure this way, and yeah the more I think about I've been addament about limiting MACs to prevent fragmenting, now here I am saying "let's add more". Lack of sleep must be getting to me.

For anyone who has a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or S3 & Maybe S4Wifiteather App Settings
Device Profile: Galaxy S3 (closest to the note)
Change setup method: Netd-Ndc (master)
Sent Netd Max Client Cmd: check
Enable wifi encryption: uncheck
Wifi driver reload: check (only the first one, not reload 2)
Routing fix: check (might already be defaulted that way)
Works perfectly for rooted Note 2.
Hello, I'm luyaoting from Taiwan with a Japanese 3DS.
I successfully hit Jimmy & Jrave from America a few hours ago with my Dell latitude 10 Windows8 tablet.
Because of the limit of WIN7/8, I set the MAC as 62-36-DD-7E-05-B9 & A6-F3-C1-0B-C6-7E (the second hex digit must be 2, 6, a or e).
Then, I created a hosted network which
SSID: attwifi
Encryption: WPA2 <=!! (WIN7/8 can't create a hosted network without WPA2 encryption.)
It worked fine for the streetpass relay! (need to change 3DS wireless settings)
(But if you open the nintendo zone app, you will receive an error.)

Oh btw I've noticed a lot of swedish people relaypassing. any ideas why? All of them seem to have very developed streetpass games. Just curious cause i haven't seen many Sweden country tags on people in this thread.

I dunno I only did a pass of 10 earlier and will be going at 5|10 min intervals next time to get more variety/hopefully prevent people from getting me 10 times in a row, though 2 of my 10 were from NZones around here.
Really don't know about Sweden, but I imagine this news has probably been getting translated here and there.
