I'd consider 'noob' to be an insult, however it's a rather bad insult which tends to make the person using it seem a whole lot dumber than the people he/she is insulting.

i don't really care, it does not bug me at all, i play CoD online a lot, i think its funny as hell when they call me a tuber or camper, yes i "Camp" i sit or lay in a spot, kill 1-2 ppl, than move to a new spot and sit, kill, kill, than move lmao....... so i say "yes i am a camper, thanks!" lol, its fun and funny to me, they rage quit after a game or 2 then its over lol

now a "nOOb-tuber" is diff., that is people who just pull a tube and shoot, no aim, no taking time..... just pull and tube. thats a noob-tuber

i do get called that but i am not one.. i am a tuber, i take time to aim, and angle my tube than shoot, and as for that name.... i do that very same thanks "Yes i am a tuber, Thanks", again its all fun and funny to me
