R4i Gold 3DS running Wood 1.46 kernel has no problems playing the game. I think you should correct your original post CloneCharizard 
You should use RetroGameFan's kernel, go here. Hint: You only need the files from inside of ONE Folder....you can disregard the rest. Good Luck!

Ohhh, I can't wait C-: I'm tingling w/ excitement! I'm the sort of guy who would wait for a full 100% release but since the progress have been steady and the translations superb I cannot resist. Keep up the good work!
