Ooooooh. I just had goosebumps reading that. Don't worry, i'll drop everything if I have to, I'll finish this game in seven days. lol. i don't wanna miss out on Fantasy Life. and MH3G. and Tekken Prime, Mario Kart 7, Devil Survivor 2, and so on.

It won't do anything to you. Just play it now if you really want to. I've played the game about five times already and have one extra save file I've left hanging for more than two weeks. I'm not dead.

Maybe those extra save files gave you more days to live

It's because you used a crappy extractor program (like winzip and manually extracted everything by drag-drop?), and everything ended in the same folder instead of creating a "tools" folder.

You MUST have the folder like that:

/The_Nameless_Game.patch
/readme.txt
/patch.bat
/your rom name.nds (you better rename it to ind-nngj.nds, it's way easier and prevent any patching problem).
/tools/Binary diff.txt
/tools/bspatch.exe
/tools/LICENSE
/tools/md5comp.exe

Japanese people are mostly right-handed. The game never had a left-handed option, and it's not possible to implement one without the source.

No left handed option! If I weren't playing it illegally I would vow never to buy it.

This is a really cheesy rip-off of The Grudge/every Asian horror movie from 6 years ago with a video game twist. They did a nice job (fun to play, etc.), but this game is not scary in the least.

Sadly, all i get is a white screen for both patched and unpatched game.

People can't help, unless you state what you're using. Which emulator or flashcard do you use and what firmware?
