It would be good to add on the loader, if you put a game on the drive and option to play of the disc. Sometimes to check outt he game first or something. Basically were you can play games of the HDD or fron the dvd drive.

The loader is pretty kool though, daughter loves it.

Is there alist of games were you have to set up game fix on them. Maybe this could be done automatically from a website or soemthing.

Not that I have found. There was a post on PAL games somewhere a page or 2 back. I am about to post a list of game/fixes for NTSC, but to be certain they should work, you would need to be on NTSC-U (which I gather you are) ...have 4.1 Sys Menu, and be on Rev14.

It includes a fix for www.usbgecko.com being down - codes are now downloadable again. Plus better handling of bad cheat file downloads.

PS The UNSTABLE build also includes alt dol loading from the disc image...

Not that I have found. There was a post on PAL games somewhere a page or 2 back. I am about to post a list of game/fixes for NTSC, but to be certain they should work, you would need to be on NTSC-U (which I gather you are) ...have 4.1 Sys Menu, and be on Rev14.

Simple fix. If you're on Rev 13 (not b) or Rev 14, turn Presetfix in the wiicoverflow.xml to 1 to turn the fix on for all games. It has no negative effects on games that don't need it.

Is this a potential future fix for loading dlc for say Rockband /Guitar Hero from SD card while playing the game from the USB drive?

That is a cios issue not a loader issue, so this won't help at all.

yeah a little more info would be helpful such as ...ohh I dunno..maybe the name of the games you are having issues with?

I am almost complete instead a few hundred games using CF 1.1 , and am on NTSC-U V14 with 4.1 menu . If you are on the same, I MAY very well be able to give you the settings I used to get games to work. There are currently only just a handful of games that require the alt-dol.

ok...I'm using CF 1.1 on a PAL with menu 4.1 with IOS 249 (rev 14) and latest upto date USB loader GX.

I just went through all my games and these are the games which gives me problems :-

EA Sports Active (PAL) - 002 error
Ghostbusters (NTSC) - blank green screen
Mario Party 8 (NTSC) - blank green screen
My Sims Racing (NTSC) - 002 error
Punch out (PAL) - 002 error
Sports Island 2 (PAL) - 002 error

some other games I got a blank, black screen or it booted me back to system menu, but whan I tried them again..they worked.

all these games work on neogamma R7 booting from the usb drive

on a side note...howcome neogamma R7 doesnt have the 002 error fix option, where as the lower versions do? or is it built in automatically now

How do you use alt-dols on cover floader? Does it play Wii Sport Resort? And how do you do this: Presetfix in the wiicoverflow.xml to 1 to turn the fix on for all games. ?

okay I went to game setting and I do not have anywhere were you can selec t alt dol. i'm using cover floader 1.1. Can you give alittle more help on were exactly this is located? Or this UPDATE cover floader that has the alt dol ?

You need to use the attached dol (in the rar) which is a new version of the loader.

Hi all,
I'm currently having some trouble with Ocarina. The settings in Ocarina are no longer availbale. I downloaded the most recent boot.dol availble, without success. They are neither availbalbe in coverfloader 1.0 or 1.1
Does anyone know what could be the problem? Before they were visible...

nope..looked in each one...I can only find meta.xml and I tried opening them but no settings which I can change to 1 in there

O.K., found it.
When using coverfloader v1.1 (rev892) it works again. apparently, I had to deleted the corrupted codes first!

okay I need to use the attach dol in rar. More specific. How about a little guide, a complete guide would be nice. Is there a newer version of the cover floader?

i just finally got around to installing this excellant work however i have a problem

i got my hdd all connected working covers showing

so i run pal super smash bros and it works ok but after a vs fight the game crashes saying "an error has occured press eject" blah blah

anyone ever had this problem

Hey I replace dol 892 with the cfv 1.1 dol. It just frooze the prgram. When i install it to a new sd card. the program went fine. I went ahead and use the alt dol setup. video patch and error 002 fix and anti 002. i got the green flash and than the wii just restarted, or it just stays black screen did not see know video. What could be causing the problem? Im trying to get WSR to work.

How do change a xml file preset from 0 to 1?
