Same here. Ripped my PAL version of the game and using the alt dol and also get the terrible static and black textures. Hopefully this will be playable soon.

Medal of honor 2 freezes for me if i pick arcade and start on beach as soon as i take a right turn it freezes

Thanks for your answer, but the problem is that I can't choose an alternate dol in the settings.
I can change some things but nothing about a dol...
I don't know which version I have of usb loader gx, and when I want to install the r528, it doesn't work because I'm asked to choose between ios249 and ios222...

I usually haven't got this kind of problem... But it's the first time I use another usb loader than Waninkoko usb loader.

Pffff I'll never success to make it..........
With the r528 and the last version, when I use the IOS249 ( I can't choose 222 because it doesn't work although I installed it ) my usb key 8 GB isn't detected although with previous version it did.
With Neo gamma, I don't see the way to choose alternative .dol mode....
I don't achieve to do anything with this fcking usb loader which doesn't work on my side...

I have done everything told but either I can't choose and alternative dol because it doesn't appear nor my usb isn't detected...

What am I supposed to do ? I've installed ios 249 and Cios38 rev13 a from waninkoko and nothing is working well with usb loader gx for MOHH2.

Nonetheless, I can play to other games.

Have you tried to plug your usb key to the other usb port of the wii console? After updated to Custom IOS38 rev 13b, only one usb port (actually the lower one) can detect my hdd.

I'm trying to make medal of honor 2 working on usb loader gx 546.

I'm always getting black screen when using the alternate dol.

I'm using cios rev10........ is rev13 really necessary?

if i do update from cios rev10, should it be rev13 or rev13b? does it make a difference?

not sure you can do this cause each dol points to a different place i believe and as i posted in the first post we are not allowed to post the game dols here due i being copyrighted material. read the first post completely.

No, it is not the same. These are not custom dol files. They are used by a game to load specific things and are not interchangable.

Hahaha very funny !!!

I've heard someone say that he successed to play MOHH2 by patching it with iospatcher 249 and just by pressing 1 et 2 at the lauching of the game..
He lauched the game with Wiiflow. But I haven't any other detail about his configuration.
I've asked him though.

It's okay, it's working now.
In fact, I didn't get the last version of usb loader gx and I made sure I had installed Waninkoko's cios38 rev 13 and not 13)b).

Guys, I've tried this to get Red Steel/MoH2 (both PAL) working but no success. It could be my HDD though...

I'm running the latest forwarder with rev555 and cIOS 38 rev 13 on a PAL wii updated to 4.0E. I already installed Red Steel and MoH2 to the HDD then had to extract both the ISOs with WBFS Manager 2.5 and then use WiiScrubber 1.40 in order to get the dol file. I renamed it to the 6 digit code and enabled alt dol in the Red Steel and MoH2 settings. The custom path points to the HDD rather than the SD card but with Red Steel the game loads the black screen with 'Nintendo' written at the bottom then the HDD spins down and the wiimote turns off. The same thing happens with MoH2 however rather than the black screen it loads the wiimote safety screen then everything poweers down. For both cases I need to hold the power button down for 5 secs to turn it off and then try it again. I tried before this to use cIOS 38 rev 10 but this didn't work either. All other games seem to work fine (so far!)

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I don't under stand this....

So the Tutorials starts..
"I am running the current revision of Usbloader_gx and cios13 not cios13(b) and i have USB:/alt-dols/ as my dol path. if your using SD then SD:/alt-dols/"

I'm using USB Loader with a thumb drive..
Whats this Alt-Dols crap and how do I use it..?

Do I put the .dol that I changed in the SD Card under SD/ Alt-Dol..?
Do I need to set the path to that Alt-Dol folder in USB Loader GX if so how..?
HOW DO I REALY GET MKA WORKING!!!!!!

I have the newest USB Loader GX with the 002 Fix I extracted the .dol and renamed it what do I do next and how do I do it?

This is the worst tutorial I've seen so far!! It only tells ya how to do some of it...aka this is CRAP!!
