Hacking Usb Loader V1, Game Compatibility Thread

Okami always crashes when a specific enemy appears (the strange guy with the drums). Can anyone confirm this? I started a new game and played for an hour, works fine. Then it always crashes ..

GH Metallica works fine for me. I was playing it for about 3 hours last night, and it ROCKS!!!! just like they rocked last Thursday in Glasgow.

Played arcade mode beat first stage to advance to the second. While loading the next match it froze. After rebooting I made it up to the third match and it froze again.

On mine I can't use any buttons. When I press the home button it has an icon with a home with a line through it. This is an original copy ripped with 1.1 on a USA console. I end up resetting it during the intro. Remote + nunchuk or classic controller both won't work. Works fine loading disk with gecko.

i didnt wait to see if id fix itself, i just reset the wii and tried again. I had the same issue, however i waited a couple more seconds and the wiimote fixed itself and i finished the race no more issues.

I've got a retail copy of Excite Truck and I can test it (with and without installing) if you want me to. Which level was it?

Thanks man, but I figure that it's a hard drive issue now, because it's happening with most of my games. Usually the wiimote stuffs up or the game freezes.

I'll have to use one of my other hard drives or buy a new one. I guess I was just a bit too optimistic about this 40GB junk (salvaged from a PC that someone threw out for hard rubbish collection... lol).

^THIS don't use the loaders rip function it's slow and buggy.

All appear to load fine. Tried each one for a few mins and there doesn't appear to be any probs.

Tomb Raider Anniversary (NTSC tested on PAL machine) Not Working (Green screen on boot)
Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (NTSC tested on PAL machine) Not Working (Green screen on boot)
Metroid Remake (NTSCJ Tested on PAL machine, Language Patched and CIOS249 Patched (Green screen on level start)

All tested on v1.1

Only 3 games so far that don't work (out of like 30 about 6 were NTSC) and i'm guessing it's because of the region and patches.

All 3 work with Backup launcher with no extras chosen on boot.

on 1.0 nothing works, because ERROR! ret = -1, could not retrieve gameslist. 1.1 starts and acceptes my WD Elements 640gb hdd.
dumping does not work, pls help!

On V1 you have to replug your USB HDD several times to get it recognized.

ok. if i replug it, i restart the application -> same error.
i deactivated all update blockers in preloader, but i can't went through to my starfall! ERROR= -101 ES_Seek() not found -> Exiting...
I had to press a several times "B+1" and "B+2" to come through to this message... -.-

ideas?

It's definitely not fixed with v1.1 just tested it yesterday. Which levels did you play? So far I had the mutant errors happen during the carny and swamp levels, while it was playing totally fine when playing through the hospital (sorry, but I can't remember the exact names).

It definitely does............ played through 3 chapters today. (mine only has brick block done no region patches)

I only played through the first level and second level. all worked fine (so i guess errors could be on mine but i didn't see any)

Adding to the Wiki seems to not work for me........ i enter the maths equation and do my changes hitting save when done and they don't appear
