Here is a patch!

This is NOT an IPS patch like the title says!!! (This is because I fail) It's either an Xdelta patch or a ARM9/ARM7 hack. Not made by me!!!

Please don't ban if this is illegal!

If it's not working for you, or if you're a Cyclo users: http://gbatemp.net/up/gta_cw_patch.rar or http://www.sendspace.com/file/tixofx update ARM9.BIN ONLY with DSLazy. Some users report that WiFi works if only ARM9 is patched! But it may break compatibility with some flashcarts so beware!

IPS is a patch file, like a file of differences to modify the original file with.

Use Lunar IPS or similar to apply the patch to the romfile.

Well I was able to get it to work by using a arm7+arm9 patch I found by googling then applying it with DSLazy.
It's from a Chinese source however I can confirm it works. Using an acekard 2 and AKAIO 1.3.

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

    Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
