.

Had similar problem myself but made new 1 earlier today and worked fine, I added the 1st 3 games to table 0 then next 3 to table 1 then next 3 to table 2 then added 11 to table 3 for a total of 20 games and all work fine. If i didnt explain myself v well contact me and i will try to explain myself better.

Sounds like the partition bug I mentioned earlier.

What you need to do is add the table 0 ones, then the 1s and then the 2s and 3s. My software tries to be 'clever' at figuring out which table to put the games into and gets confused if you add them out of order.

It's fixed in my current dev version and will be released as soon as I fix a few other things.

Hello Dack,

It's really a great soft, I've made several multiDVDs and all works fine for me.

The only problem i'va got is with onechanbara wich freezes but which was working with Normal Softchip R82 before.

Do you think that it can be corrected ???

Maybe with a further MBoot based on R84 ??

Thank you anyway, GREAT JOB !

Hit the trim button and from the file that gets created, cut the first 0x50000 bytes off it. What left is the same as a shrink and a crypted save of a partition.
i don't that's what i asked.
If i hit 'trim' button, the original iso is modified, isn't it ?
i do not want to alter the iso to get a crypted trimmed partition

I have tried Mario Power Tennis and it's not working

Hope you can make it work in the next version of the loader Dack

The trim button asks you where to save the trimmed file. The original is not touched.

@Opik - I've got a new test loader here, just doing some testing. I'm confused as to why it works in Softchip 82 and not in the multiboot one though.

As to the GameCube appearance - that is odd. When developing I only put 1 or 2 games in table 0 though and never encountered that. Another thing for me to look at

That looks good

.

But a question...how are the chances for:

1) An easy GUI (just select games, and click run...)
2) Support for GC & Wii Games?

EDIT: Whoops, I think exactly these two Points will support Waninkoko with his Multiloader....but hey, some competition isn't bad, right

@Dack

Any idea about partition builder 1.1?

I got this from a Chinese forum along with a tutorial which claim that following the step could make the games work which didn't before.

After tring "My Fitness Coach", it actually worked by build an uncrypted partition which didn't by shrinking and save as crypted.

The author of the tutorial said that the "shrink" function has some bugs somehow damages data partitions and partition builder 1.0 also has some bugs which may causes some structure problem when building partition.

Will all these be fixed in Wiiscubber next version?

Thanks.

I've already got the gamecube partition loading implemented in the 1.41 release (so you can put several GC iso's into the image (and extract/replace files etc.)

As to the easy gui... don't know at present. It does so much more than a click and merge app (though I've still got one somewhere around here that I started)

Want to get a few bugs ironed out before release of that though.

Thats the stuff I've been working on - the shrink seems to have issues with some titles and the partition builder hits problems near the disc end due to it calculating the size of the data incorrectly on occasion. I've got a partition builder 1.2 pretty much ready too.

The 'shrink' function is a very dirty routine that tries to find the free space between the main.dol area and the game data area. It then tries to work out the nearest boundary for the H3 data and then copies the data down from one part to another. That way you don't have to re-encrypt.

Don't worry, the funny thing is Mario Tennis was previously a Gamecube game, so this is normal but it shows us that Nintendo did not clean the game and the Gamecube pannel is still there, somewhere on the disc

Hope it will work with the NEXT Mboot loader !

Thats actually the name of the game that would be shown by the Wii. The disc title can't be changed at the moment - it will be put in the next release.
