Hacking R4-PLUS ?

well ive been looking on volumerate lately and i noticed this:

R4 NDS MicroSD Card Adapter CHEAP English Version

So the prices comparing this to the actual R4 is a bit cheaper.

And the EDGE was a clone, but a good clone for the money.

Yes, Urza...I was determined not to say it first but that avatars getting a bit, uh,...erm..."creepsome" shall we say?

I think the only way to judge clones is to see how they wear over 3+ months and what problems emerge when using them and why.

All those cards are known clones and are sold as that and everyone knows that. What I should have said is fakes, not clones.

first item black color is fake.

second offer on volumerate probably still fake but with 2 IC so common people cannot recognize false or not from original R4...

Yeah my friend ordered an R4 from VR, but they sent him an R4-PLUS. I try to tell him it's a clone, but he won't believe me. He thinks I'm just jealous because his looks cooler than my genuine R4. Whatever. Everything that comes with it is cloned, and lower quality. The cart itself is spring-loaded, you have to pull super-hard to get the microSD card out of the USB adapter, the case is hard to open, there is no lanyard, and the CD is generic and just says CD-ROM or something like that. Don't buy from VR/DX, they rip you off!

Here in China, dealers already avoid selling those clones and copies. and some might think foreigners are easy to cheat.

Why have to buy a clone?
