just did my first rgh3, console was working perfectly but now its not working after putting it back together

I tested the console and it was working perfectly post RGH3, so then I put the console together and now it turns on and ejects etc but nothing appears on the screen and the controller cant become player 1

how could this have happened? did i put it back together so poorly that i broke something or idek

Inspect your work, make sure anything didn't come loose and nothing is touching ground, that should be the basics, or anything like making sure to tape over exposed solder joints ect. Showing pictures of your work would probably help to.

Without pictures we can’t say much of anything

Your soldering was likely very bad and a wire popped off if I had to guess. But all we can do is guess without seeing photos

If there's one game that defined my childhood and can still carry me on through my multitude of coping mechanisms, Terraria would be there for me.
