First of i screwed up real bad. I tried to flash my 360e 4gb using picoflash.
When taking the backup nand I got the message that both backups was identical and I flashed xell as I have done with other 360s. But this time I only got a black screen. When checking the backup nand they where both 0 bits .
I have tried using a donor nand using j-runner but maybe I am doing something wrong.
Using j-runner I can identify the board so maybe there is hope?

It started with me bridging R2C6 and R2C7, I learned later that I should not have done that

It's been a while since I done 360 work like that but you're SOL w/o your CPU key.
I thougth it was possible to use a generated CPU key?
But I need to boot to xell to get Lock Down Value and I cant get it too boot Xell

I did find this. But it is using an old verison of J-runner so it's not quite possible to do exactly as this guide says

I have a bad flash console here that I'm gonna try this on tomorrow or the next day. If I get it running with this method I'll let you know and try to explain what I did to get it working.

Awesome. I have tried using the files from that post and the "make donor" option and also using random and donor files that r-runner can make.
Now it turns on but no output
Hope you get your xbox working:)

It turns out that mine wasn't a corrupted nand after all. I thought it was due to not such good soldering of my pico but was actually an out of place resistor that I must have bumped by the pll point under the cpu. Once I put that back where it was suppose to go and redid the wiring for RGH3 it booted right up but shut down due to overheating. Cleaned and reapplied thermal paste and it's working perfectly now. So, while I now have another working RGH3 console I unfortunately can't tell you if the method you mentioned previously will work or not.

If you are attempting an RGH3, keep in mind that the created donor nand will not boot without the RGH wiring in place as it's just a temporary solution to get your cpu key from Xell. If power doesn't work you can also try turning the console on with the eject button and see if Xell boots. Hopefully you can find a solution.
