I really didn't give too much on the past

The default sound have

The one on my console have this settings:
1764719392429.png

and sounds a little laggy at end. I should make a copy with less KB/s

Update, I just changed my bootsound.mp3 from 320 kb/s to 128 kb/s and sampling rate 44.1 KHz and now after rebooting, the lagging is gone, so any setup lower than that should work fine.

work on 22.5.0 :wink:
Do you know which version it is?
example: I want to edit the toolbox.json file.

{
"name" : "BootSound NX"",
"tid" : "00FF0000000002AA",
"requires_reboot": true,
"version": "X.XX"
}

Hello I’m im struggling to get boot soundNX to work on FW on 21.1.0 it’s showing in sysmodules but can’t seem to toggle it on I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I’ve moved the file from titles to contents and edited the json file. I do have sys-tune but it’s disabled could that be a conflicting problem?

Delete the folders:
  • SDMC:/atmosphere/contents/00FF0000000002AA
  • SDMC:/config/BootSoundNX
and copy the contents of this zip file to the root of your SD Card.

RESTART YOUR CONSOLE!

Then if you like replace the file configSDMC:/BootSoundNX/sound/bootsound.mp3 with one of you preference.

Thank you impeeza for the reply I deleted 00FF0000000002AA from contents and boot soundNX from config and copied the contents of the zip file into the root of my SD and used the original bootsound.mp3 within the folder, unfortunately I haven’t succeeded they’re must be a conflict within my SD card, google says systune can conflict with bootsoundNX I might remove systune too see if it that solves my problem hopefully
