Are you sure you have a good USB cable and your drivers on your PC are correctly installed?
If you have an Android phone, then you could try to use Rekado with USB-OTG enabled.
On a Mac there is CrystalRCM and you don't need any additional drivers.
I would recommend to get a copy of LockpickRCM for testing the rcm mode.
LockpickRCM doesn't depend on anything in order to start besides the rcm mode working.
If you can't get lockpickRCM to show up on the screen then Hekate will also not work.
If you do get it to work, then move on to a fresh copy of Hekate on a FAT32 formatted SD card.
Maybe I'm wrong but the autorcm setting is stored in your internal memory, so if that gets corrupted, then autorcm will also not work anymore.
You could try booting into rcm mode with a jig and volume-up.
Keep your sysnand copy and keys files safe because with those you should be able to rebuild everything.
In the worst case scenario, a good repair shop can remove your nand, reprogram it externally and put it back.
