Homebrew Questions about modding PS3.

Hello everyone! I was recently considering modding my PS3, but I'm worried about getting banned off of PSN... I have 3 questions.

1. How can I avoid getting banned whilst using homebrew?

2. How likely am I to get banned if I play an illegitimately obtained single player game and earn trophies in it?

3. How can I avoid getting banned?

By following that guide you can significantly reduce the risk of getting banned, you'd be like 99% safe, but you can't be 100% safe unless you buy a second PS3 and keep it unmodded just for PSN.
You can't play pirated digital games if you want to sync trophies to PSN. The fact that you have trophies from a game that's not on your PS3 store purchase history is a dead giveaway that it's pirated and therefore that your console is modded. There are people who have done it and did not get banned right away but the fact is that the data is forever kept on Sony's server, and if one day it decides to crack down on pirates it can do so retroactively, and there's no way to delete trophies once synced, so once you sync trophies of a pirated digital games, you're f***ed.
