It doesn't at this time. Boot into Tiramisu instead to use this mod at this time.
apparently you can load it with SDcafiine on aroma even with version 4.2 but the maps are not available. Someone says in a video that it needs a 100% save to make it work.

That would be awesome but I really doubt if. What keeps you from trying? There are enough 100 % saves on the internet.

How would it work on Aroma? It needs a plugin through the homebrew launcher on tiramisu to work. Which doesn’t exist on aroma
You don't have to. I talked about "testing".
You use SaveMii to:
- backup your current save
- "restore" a downloaded 100 % save from the internet
- check whether it's working in Aroma (spoiler alert: it won't)
- restore your own save
- report back here
However, I'd be surprised if MikaDubbz wouldn't be aware of this and since he still claims it won't work in Aroma, that's highly likely the case.
