DSi - Quick question involving .NDS files and installation to NAND

Hi there! Sorry if I get stuff wrong, I'm usually hanging around the Wii.

Just an quick question but are you able to install .NDS or .DSI files to the NAND? Just because I have an Australian region and I cant find anything for it.
Thanks for the help. Just because I cannot find a single certificate or ticket.

If Unlaunch is not installed, then a ticket is required.
Promise this is my final question, just a bit skeptical.
Apparently from what I've read, after installing Unlaunch the system is basically region free so if you are install something Japanese to the NAND [e.g. Wii Room GO] then the system wont be affected. Is that true, and if so what launcher patches do I use, Full or Default?

Yes, it is true.
You should the "Default" setting. Compared to the "Full" setting, "Default" retains both the DSi splash screen and DSi Menu audio.
