    Recently on X I can't even view content without an account. I'm thankful when someone posts a screenshot of the tweet they want to share, rather than sharing a link that won't work or a broken embed (3rd-party blocked).
    Similar for other social media. I wish GBAtemp would just show me direct Youtube links, rather than leaving blank space for an embed that won't load, leaving me with no idea what the content is.

    I'm Aussie, and we don't have GameStop (we have EB Games instead), but from what I understand?
    Very heavy-handed on pushing second-hand units and games onto customers, even if it means lying to them. Also awful trade-in pricing. Other things too, I'm sure.

    Okay so my White Original Wii doesn't boot up anymore. But, when holding down restart and booting it, priiloader shows up. But when booting into the system menu, it stays with a black screen but when going to the homebrew channel, everything works, down to the software. What could be wrong with my Wii?

    Alright, this shit is inconsistent as hell. So, I'm making another NAND backup, but everything is off the card BUT BootMii. So far, it's been created and now what should I do next? Restore the NAND? This is the NAND when it was having issues. I do have the german app installed, but what should I do with it?

    While I know the provided way to get old apps to run on Android 14, does anybody know how to do it for Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra specifically? I can't do anything to get old apps to work on there...

    I have a lack of legacy devices that i can handle using. An LG Stylo 2V is the only good one but it's battery is Nonexistent and at 50% it can register itself as dead at 2%, and for the other phones (Galaxt s4 and s7) they're too tiny for my hands.

    The old phone that I used to have which was an A50 was passed down to family for billing purposes, and I have a Motorola that I don't even know the android version for, doesn't even have a working screen; it just rumbles a couple times and that's it.

    Was just watching a good old animation that I remember watching in the past, and I've noticed something: A part that I remember had been butchered with the audio presumably due to licensing.

    Only console that would've gotten Parental Controls through the Internet Browser would be the 3DS, only in Japan at least. You couldn't access porn sites without paying a fee to unblock them.

    The Wii/Wii U/3DS browsers were serviceable at the time they came. But they got old over time as the HTML spec kept getting bigger and bigger.

    Btw, CrossCode on the Wii U is a HTML5 game.

    Since everyone wants for me to use Firefox so badly, how can you inform me to redurect the search bar in Windows 11 to Firefox and not Edge? And best of all, despite the heavy integration, is it even possible to even uninstall Edge through the absolute minimum means?

    Sometimes I wonder if its potentially possible to allow users to hide and show threads. Not that I want to do it with any, but.. seeing the potential possibility for those that don't want to talk about politics or anything similar to that and having the optional option to hide it is something to be thinking about.

    If you're willing to make a much more effective method of blocking political posts, such as comparing if a notification contains the forum name or certain keywords in a thread, then that would require writing a script using Tampermonkey (if you understand the ropes with JS and HTML, ofc).

    UBlock's job is to disable elements. You can add a list of elements that can be disabled via wildcards to identify them uniquely, but it's limited overall.
