My 3DS won't download anything from eShop, ad whenever I try, it cancels the download midway through and presents the error code 007-7392, however, the big issue is, the error code doesn't exist on the Nintendo 3DS customer support website, which has led me to believe that it has something to do with CFW. On top of that, when I searched the error code on Google, it found a Reddit post on r/3dshacks where a guy downloaded a free theme off of a game that was intended to be NA exclusive on his European 3DS, and the theme did the same to his eShop (presented the same error code, stopped midway through downloading software, etc), so I'm wondering if it's because I put English games on my Japanese N3DS.

Does anyone know of any additional possibilities, or just straight up know a solution to this issue? Thanks in advance for the help.

Edit: The error code is actually 007-7392, not 009-7392

for a 32gb card, that photo is showing that there is 75.8gb of data. All that garbled stuff to me looks like a outright bad corrupt sd card.
Well here's the thing, it's inside the Nintendo 3DS folders, inside the extdata folder, inside the folders in there, and nowhere else, so I'm not sure if the SD card did that.

For whatever reason, you have corrupt data.

The backup might be able to save some of it so let’s backup what we can and then run a complete test on the entire card using this: https://3ds.hacks.guide/h2testw-(windows).html

This will tell us if:
1) it’s just a glitch and you can format/reuse it
2) the card is shot and you need to buy a new card.

Ok, so I'll start by:
1. Backing up everything using Checkpoint and the unstoppable copier.
2. Then I'll format the MicroSD, and use h2testw to check the SD.
(2.5 If everything is fine, then I fixed it by removing those fricked up files and bringing over the files from the backup SD If the SD card is found to be broken, I buy a new SD card (probably something bigger like a 64G, just in case) from a trusted brand like Sandisk.)
3. If games or their saves are missing, I redownload anything that's missing, and backup the save data using Checkpoint.
4. Enjoy playing.

This is pretty much what you have in mind, right?

Precisely correct.

File explorer is ok for 32gb or less. Just use Fat32 32kb clusters. You could also use a formatter such as Guiformat.
Alright, htest2w is doing its work currently, we'll see what it says in roughly 17 minutes.

Edit: Actually going to be roughly 26 minutes, 17 minutes was just for the writing step.

Nope, I've always just navigated the console via my limited knowledge of Japanese, my memory (and Google Translate on occasion).

So, assuming you still have your backup, let’s start from just a bare minimum. Nothing installed but CFW and install one suspect game from scratch.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
