Aah I see what you meant. Because when you connect to Nintendo, you still get banned.Stealth Mode is technically not an anti-banning measure despite what TX says. Stealth Mode is the equivalent of using 90DNS or Incognito which delays bans. If you still don't understand, it achieves the same effect as using Airplane Mode or removing Wi-Fi settings.
But for me it's an anti ban measure. I won't connect to Nintendo Servers form my CFW emunand. Most games I like I buy. So using Emunand and not connecting to Nintendo prevents Nintendo for banning my Switch. And you scared me enough to never go online again, even in stealth- + incognitomode .
Don't forget in the begin days, the only way to not get banned was restoring your NAND. So Emunand is seen by a lot of people as an anti ban measure.
But I am curious what real anti ban measures are out there for Atmosphere? Which https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendo-switch-banning-hub-warning.508710/page-232#post-9431334 is talking about.
