Hi, I had a switch which I play with on smash ultimate with lessdelay online mod since 1year.

Recently, booting in 100% OFW lead into a black screen. My efuse burn count was wrong.

Here is what I did :
  1. I made a full NAND backup first.
  2. I updated the modchip firmware to version 2.75.
  3. I used Daybreak to update to firmware 20.0.5, then performed a factory reset to avoid any potential errors.
  4. I removed the SD card and held VOL+ and VOL- while booting, to bypass the “missing SD card” check from the modchip.
  5. I then updated from 20.0.5 to the latest firmware using the official Nintendo update method.
  6. Finally, I restored my NAND backup using Hekate.
The issue was fixed, but I got banned one week after. Do you think the ban comes from the downgrade or smash mod ?

Usually it is only pirated games that get you banned.

Did you use any protecting like 90DNS on your emummc of sysNAND?
My emunand is totally protected, blank prodinfo + nintendo server blocked on ams. The issue comes form sysnand, from ultimate mod or downgrade
