Megaman x for example, in virtual console version, you'll find yourself with the loop glitch. Megamall x2 doesn't boot with virtual console, and with snes9x does have graphical glitches with 3d, cause it uses the snes9x v1.2 instead of the updated v1.31 that doesn't have this glitch.

The Injector is using outdated versions of several emulators; not just snes9x. We don't know if they'll be updated in the next version since the creator still hasn't released a new one in forever. So, your best option is to either use the emulators or wait for a new version of nsui.

I used PNG here is what I used. This text banner if that is what you are talking about is from Oldsnes I believe but, I use it so that I know what's not officially made to differentiate injects from official ones. Make sure that yours is exactly 256x64 and make the part that I made red to be transparent. Hopefully, this helps you!
I haven't gotten the footer to work with any of the methods.

I tried to make an image with size 256x64, screenshot and I have not managed to make it work, if you could help me to make the footer appear, I would appreciate it very much.

Yes, NSUI have a option to enable Sleep patch on games, don't work on all games and somes have the problem that if the option is enabled they do not save.

It does not work with closing the shell but you can activate with the combination and then closing the shell, to wake up you can open the shell or do the combination.

Could you possibly get a later version of snes9x via retroarch?

Try to download "mshtml.dll" and copy in the "C:\windows\System32" folder

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Looking in the files i found the problem for the missing foot in the GBA banner, the 3D model of the banner have missing the footer, the texture are there but not the 3d model of the footer.

I corrected it by editing the 3D model, and i added color to the footer and tried banner with logo.

that looks amazing

This is my first post here so forgive me if this question has been asked to death.

I'm using the New Super Ultimate Injector to inject SNES games on my New 3dsxl. I've opted for injecting them with the SNES 9x option so that Mario RPG and other weird titles work correctly. They work great, but when I do an in game save, it disappears after exiting. It will save a state just fine, but I'd like the option of being able to export a save file to another device in the future.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or should I just grab an rg350p? Lol

I had a question, would it be possible to inject a Super Mario Land GB rom with the SMLDX romhack?

Yes
Open the GBC tab (press F4) and fill it out as you normally would. Just drag and drop the .gb rom, I kept getting a white screen error but it was due to using an incompatible (with the DX patch) rom.

The VC border was messed up, not sure what caused it but using a custom color fixed it. (Edit: this was a problem on my end, had nothing to do with SMLDX)

So I just noticed that whenever I inject something the boarders are unaligned. In the 3DS menu whenever I hover over a SNES game the title screen is messy and you can see a red background around it. GBA title screen boarders are somewhat messed up too, and as I said on the previous post the pixel perfect GBC boarders are also affected. Any ideas on how to fix this? I’m on version 27

edit: windows scaling might've been culprit?

Thank you

One last question. I've been having minor audio problems in DKC1, DKC2 and Turtles in Time. I've tried the snes9x forwarder but I prefer the VC emulation. I know Nintendo actually released the DKC trilogy on the same emulator so I feel like I'm doing something wrong? Any ideas?

You can amplify the audio and adjust its settings via the injector before converting them.
