Since my last "online" status was when I was in 9.2.0, will running Hakku33 in an offline updated switch cause me trouble in the Nintendo Servers?

I'm scared they don't have a record of my serial doing the 10.0.0 / 10.0.1 update through their servers. What do you all think?

The reason why I'm doing this is because I'd like a clean slate and install my ROMS on EMUNAND + SD. I know they have mentioned not to install NSPs so that they don't show up on the home screen, but what would be the best way to install ROMS through homebrew?

Thanks!

since your not wiping your switch too often it should be ok but there's no guarantees

1. update to 10.0.1 using choi
2. use haku33 to clean it
3. go into recovery mode using stock mode (hekate) and run reset to factory settings (hold +/- during bootup )
4. delete your nintendo dir and boot into OS using stock mode (hekate) and resetup your switch the way you like it including relink an account, and settings in system ablet
5. boot into hekate again and do full backup rawbin and boot 0/1
6. reenable autorcm if u want it

I believe we can perform a system update without connecting to ninty's servers using game cartridges, right? So I wouldn't worry too much if they don't have record of the update.

3.0 wouldn't work for me (screen just went black when pressing all buttons). I tried version 2.8 which told me to use 90DNS, so once that was set up it seemed to work fine (switch didn't restart itself I had to do that manually). Managed to get into eshop and update to latest firmware, so fingers crossed. Thanks.

After I ran haku33 the switch turned off but now it won't boot? I thought it maybe was in auto rcm mode but TegraRCM isn't detecting my switch at all. Any idea how to fix this?

You ran incognito or incognito rcm, or enabled the prodinfo blanking option for atmosphere?
Bought the switch already JB. I was trying to wipe it to remake the JB as the original owner said it was not banned, and no problem for online.. he has no clean NAND.. He also said he ran incognito and wiped the serial number in the sd card partition.. but when i checked the console.. no serial number..

Ask him for the prodinfo backup he took when he ran incognito. If he doesn't have it, he was lying about it being no problem for online.

So I used haku to clean my switch but my serial number isn't there/restored. So I can't connect to the eshop. I used Incognito. Can I restore it somehow?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

So I used haku to clean my switch. But after that my serial number is still empty, so the switch won't let me connect to the eshop.
I used Incognito. Is there anyway to restore my serial number?

This is such a great tool I used this to clean my nand and finally make a clean (I hope) nand backup and then created my own nintendo id that I can always revert to if something goes wrong.

it will never be 100% clean after running cfw. as much as people want to believe this is the magic homebrew that stops bans, there's always a small chance it will miss something.

I did a system switch factory reset as well, helps to be thorough. Best I can do considering I lost my nand backup.

So i applied cfw to my switch back when you were only able to add cfw to the sysnand but now i am wanting to remove cfw from my sysnand and get it clean and back to stock so i can play online and also add cfw to the emunand.

I have a backup but for some reason im missing the Boot0 and Boot1 files so i dont think i can do a restore my on sysnand. I currently have incognito, 90DNS and AutoRCM enabled on the sysnand as far as im aware i have never connected to the Nintendo servers since ive had cfw on the sysnand.

If i was to use haku33 to get my sysnand back to stock do i need to first......

Get a cfw on my emunand
disable and remove incognito, 90DNS and AutoRCM

or

Just run haku33 without doing anything with incognito, 90DNS and AutoRCM
then apply a cfw to emunand

???
