Hacking Question Has anyone been banned for always offline EmuNAND?

So if I have EmuNAND to play backups, never go online and have a separate SD card.

And go online with a clean SysNAND

Have people been banned for this? Are there any known records of a ban for this?

I'm also looking for this answer. I've been using my Switch with CFW in emuNAND since SX OS first released. I have also gone online with it too. I'm not banned. It's really just luck of the draw I guess.

Same here. Same sd, also because I store my emunand inside the system partition of the Switch, which in theory should be less secure but I still had no problems with it.

Yes, I was. But I'm pretty sure it was Tinfoil that got me banned. I never went online with Emunand. But I wanted to, so I used Incognito from within Tinfoil and it made my emunand unbootable,probably messed some stuff with sysnand logs as well.

i could be banned. I wouldn't know, i'm already blocking access to Nintendo servers anyway so i don't actually know if my switch is banned or not. i've banned myself.
