It's time to get the rumor mill flowing, thanks to a new teaser site from PlatinumGames. There's hardly anything to see, besides a single "4", floating across a black background, while the number occasionally displays a glitchy graphic. At the bottom of the site, it states "Platinum4 site is now open", with a toggle for both Japanese and English languages. This could mean quite possibly anything, but Platinum seems quite keen to hype whatever it is up, with a vague tweet from Hideki Kamiya mentioning the number 4. Whether or not this could be related to the rumor that claims Platinum is set to announce a Kickstarter later today for a port of the Wii U title The Wonderful 101, or a brand new game announcement, will only be known once an official reveal is made.

I can't really think of anything that Platinum is usually associated with that would be getting a fourth game. The closest I can guess would be NieR, since that is usually associated with those glitchy graphics. Unless Square Enix was so happy with how Automata turned out they're letting Platinum make a Drakengard 4, lol. Chances are it's just a new IP with a 4 in the name or concept though.

it's probably about 4 games being actively in development. Those games will be smaller in scale, compared to most of their projects so far.
Either that, or the 4 is related to a game series. i dunno :/
