I have a Europe region/Russian language old 3ds xl with custom firmware and I know how to region change using CTRTransfer images but I don't know how other than that... is there a Chinese CTRTransfer image out there?

I'm interested in learning Mandarin so I want to set my region to China so I can learn new words just from using it. I mean, it worked with Japanese!

@Sophi19310, o3DS CTRTransfer images for TWN and CHN regions are not publicly available. You'll have to region change the firmware the old fashion way.
