Unable to mount ctrnand & console will not boot

Please pardon my english. I bought secondhand 3ds Ll from china. It has already been modded so the system default language was chinese. I want to change the language so i try to do region changing steps from 3ds guide web but after doing ctrtransfer step the console won't boot and screen show "unable to mount ctrnand ... " . Even without sd card the console won't boots up.
I also try ctr checking and screen show b9s installed to firm0 and firm1.
Please help

In this case I would recommend restoring the NAND backup from before the bad CTRTransfer.
