Homebrew best lag-free way to stream n3ds to pc.

I am trying to basically turn my 3ds into a home console. I want to know what the best lag-free (or almost no lag) way of streaming 3ds to pc. I need no lag because I am playing Mario and Luigi Dream team which requires precise jumps so the game is non functioning with lag. Last time I did this I used NTR plus kitkat and noticed a large amount of lag. Can someone please tell me the best way to stream the new 3ds?

thanks unfortunatly i have the new3ds Mario Maker edition console and i want to keep it stock (except for cfw) so i can resell it later on as the us version of it is special edition and rare.

The capture cards cost more than 3DS itself, if you want it you might as well buy another 3DS to install it in.
