I've tried using Snickerstream to stream virtual console games, but apparently, those type of games aren't supported when it tries to connect to my 3DS when I launch them. Any other method or program that allows you to stream these type of games?

GBA Virtual Console? Yah, KitKat and Snickerstream won't work because the 3DS switches to AGB_FIRM or GBA mode.

What you need is the Katsukity or Loopy 3DS capture card.

There's also using a miniature external camera pointed straight to the screen with blacked out sides.

i hate to say it but @TurdPooCharger's is better but if your going to CFW-stream VC, if yor worried about legality, about using PC Emulators, you can extract teh rom outta most 3DS VC's (cause your limiting yourself to NES and GB/GBC VC's w/ NTR-stream (SNES-VC is doable but most Lag like crap/cause the 3DS to lock up, and GBA is impossible w/o a capture card/the above "poor-man's option ")
