Can you elaborate on what you mean here?
It seems a bit strange to say a release of tinfoil supports this; we're not running tinfoil as our CFW. As I see it, it's including files that modify our CFW such that it removes functionality (until you add it back in, I guess?), and refusing to run otherwise. Your average user isn't going to be able to understand/consent to this. Again, I am not sure what mess you're referring to, but I can't understand from what position this might make sense. You don't have a right to modify people's CFW -- and as far as I saw from the diffs, one of your edits seems to enable all homebrew to view product info, which it makes perfect sense for any CFW to restrict.
EDIT: Actually, here's a thought experiment for you: what if Goldleaf removed Tinfoil on install, and refused to run with it installed? Would that be bullshit to you, and how is it, in principle, different from what you are doing?
