Hello friends, I have an 7.0.1 Switch, everything was fine when using Kosmos V12 I installed all my games normally using Goldtree and good. I read about emuiibo and wanted to try it, but used the Hombrew appstore to do the install, so i put the 90DNS to go online, installed emuiibo and not worked it doesnt appered in the hombrew apps, so I decided to installa manually, downloaded from github and surprise when put my SD Card in the PC and is was like write-protected so formatted and back to work, tried to redownload Kosmos and see that V13 was ready, downloaded it and put on formatted SD card, also updated the HEkate payload to use, restart the console in RCM and injected the payload, all good, Kosmos Atmosphere runs good. But surprise my games doesnt start, say that try again from Home Menu, so reinstalled it from Goldtree, smae issue. So I format the console and SD card and start over, CFW runs well and games instals with goldtree, but now just get "Unable to connect to the internet", put all actaul Sigpatches and same I dont know what to do. Sorry for my bad english. Greetings.

Hmm...
You should try to use the standalone version of atmosphere without the additional apps that take up too much space on the SD card, which you can get here.
Grab the fuse primary file as you'll need to boot the CFW.
Next you'll be needing the sigpatches in order to run your games which you can download over at this thread.

As I recall Goldtree is quite buggy and an unreliable means of installing games. it fails to get the job done sometimes hereby resulting in buggy installations.
Use goldleaf or Tinfoil alternativektm I hear tinfoil should fix games requiring to go online after being installed.

Ah! You said you did a NAND backup prior to updating your console to FW 7.1.0 but you updated through WiFi officially?
I'm sorry but your NAND backup may be rendered useless by now as updating via system settings burns the efuses.
But just to be sure run hekate to check the fuse count. If 9 fuses or more are burnt then you can't revert back to its initial firmware if you want to.

you need sigpatches

When you downlaod from sdsetup, it is unticked. So you need to tick the box that says sigpatches

Friends thanks for all your replies, finally all night reading and trying things the final solution was to format the SD card in windows but using full format. It took several hours to complete because using 128GB exFat SD card. Rare because tried another SD Card but in fat32. But finally done.

Glad to to hear everything turned out fine in the end @firultd
It would be best to format your SD cards that you are going to be use on the switch to fat 32 with GUI format ad cluster size to 32K
That way you can prevent further data corruption in the future. Nintendo's proprietary exFAT driver tends to corrupt SD cards if homebrew is being used on them. So our only solution for now is to have them be formatted at fat 32

for large NSP files over 4GB and up you'd have to use a NSP splitter.

Goldtree had some apparent game breaking bugs as I recall.
Unless that has been fixed?
On a side note, unless you have an official Nintendo USB C cable or otherwise that won't damage your switch it's not worth it.
During large file sized games that take up lots of time, having your switch connected to your PC by using a cheap USB cable runs the risk of damaging it. So I've heard.

ns loader work fine for me tinfoil usb install and for goldleaf
So that means the previous bugs and issues with USB installation are resolved.cool then.
