NISA details some of the additions in Disgaea 4 Complete+, game launches this October

NIS America revealed Disgaea 4 Complete+ to the world during E3 2019, teasing the existence of the game, while leaving fans in the dark as to what this new revision would offer over the PlayStation Vita re-release. Now, a few weeks later, we have some insight as to what some of the additions and changes will be. Everything from Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited will be present, as well as features from Disgaea 5, like the cheat shop, event viewer, weapon appearance, and pay up warehouse. Disgaea 4 Complete+ also has online modes, which include a map edit and upload and pirate duels. A few quality of life changes have been added, to make the game look and play better, with the resolution having been increased to 1080p, being able to reposition characters when viewing target areas for their attacks, making the game auto-save whenever you win a battle, and allowing for skill speed to be adjusted up to x4.

More reveals are teased for when the launch date closes in, which has been announced to be on October 29th, for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. A special limited edition will be available, which has the game's soundtrack, a poster, an artbook, and a bookmark.

was giving us disgaea 2 complete not an option?
I would buy that day 1, disgaea 4 complete+ seems such a waste when you consider there is already a sub hd version of it on the vita.

i doubt many people who have played this on the vita would even consider it rebuying it (i won't)

See, I'm unfortunately with you on this one.

I'd have bought a version of D3 that got the HD sprite treatment, but I'm not buying D4 again when it offers literally nothing new (and is in my opinion, the weakest game in the series.)

Not everyone wants it on or have a vita.

True, but since it can be easily hacked that means you can play PSP games, Playstation games, PS2 games and Vita games on it.

And use emulators too.

Granted, not every PS1 and PS2 game can be ported to work on a Vita but I also have a chipped Playstation and a chipped PS2 so no big deal.

The collector's edition for Disgaea 1 Complete on the Switch was cooler in my opinion. I think I'll pass on the collector's edition this time but I'm definitely still getting the game I'm really looking forward to it.

It basically just was the PSP version plus the extra stuff in the DS version.

And less crashes.

I have both the PSP and DS versions so I got 5 Complete instead since I don't have a PS4.
