I got an SX Pro for example. I don't mind people using SX, Atmosphere or ReiNX. It's up to themselves to decide. Yet, my point still stands that people have the right to worry/speculate about 7.X compability or not.

Logical fallacies aren't valid points. As I've stated, Atmosphere is irrelevant when replying to a comment that has no mention of it. The focus is on SX OS. Don't shoehorn in a different CFW, simply state why there's reason to believe that SX OS will get an update.
People have already stated why they don't believe it will get an update, now it's your job to state why you think it will get an update. Don't bring Atmosphere into the equation, it's rather pointless and already caused this thread to be longer than it should be.
The death of SX is now a favorite event of people here. My 2-cent is that it won't affect to the SX users at all as they can switch to any other cfws in minutes. When the $30 comes to the video gaming world, it's nothing, especially for pirates.
That's odd, I usually pirate either because I don't have $30 or I don't want to spend $30.
That's good, someone would have to pirate something earlier, other ones to get the dongle. $30 isn't that big comparing to the price of the Switch world. In short, it doesn't matter at all whether SX's dead or not. There's always a second option or two.

and yes i can bring others cfw to this.. people bash sxos for no update but till just recently rei didint have it and it still needs to use sept.. why no one bash it ? why te difference ? now people say but sxos is PAID or whatever.. but what does it matter to these people if its paid or not ? did they paid ? do they use it ? so why bash it ?

because they're shady and people don't trust them? because they re-used code from other developers to start their projects? because they claimed they were the first in doing X when they were really not the first ones? because they claimed sx os worked on ipatched units? because most people believe they were responsible for gateway 3ds? I could go on...
And you paid for something, do you like to throw your money away or what? If I pay for something, I would at least expect decent support. 45 days without an update is not decent support.

The problem with that argument is that it oversimplifies a person's financial situation. I for one only had gotten a Switch because my mother usual gets me one gift a year and often struggles to do so. $300 +tax is hard enough, adding $30 would make things worse. Getting games isn't something that normally happens when I first buy a console, it usually happens a while after.
Even if that isn't how it goes for most people, who are you to say that a person who has a Switch will always be able to afford a Switch? I could buy a Switch one month, and barely have enough in my bank account to buy Nintendo Switch Online the next month.

Only the people who paid gets to decide if they have thrown they money away or not...
you have evicende to show they cant possibily have an exploit or whatever that works on ipatched units but dont release it because is still unpached ?
all people like to say that they hope they dont burn an exploit if they have an non-sept way to do 7.01.
you expect support on the basis that atmos already updated.. if atmos had not updated still then you wont be saying anything.. now all cfw have to keep themself at the rate of atmosphere.
at the end of things.. people keep using sxos, atoms, rei or what other cfw there is..
sxos users should talk about sxos.
atmosphere user should talk about atmosphere.
etc etc.
