It looks like their sales might have started to drop over the summer
Your being retarded... Ok let me explain. If something is closed sourced (in exploit context), it means that only a few select people have it or are aware of it. Aka, some of the people at reswitched are aware of the exploit, however they have not disclosed the exploit or made it public. Which you can state that it exists, but not point out where.
What is stopping people that got SXOS from calling the bank and doing a charge back for a non working item?
where are you getting these sales figures from ? please send me the link, I've only ever seen 1 post about sales figures and you've admitted you had never seen that post. so i'm interested where you have got this evidence from ?
I've got 3 friends at work who have switches, I've showed them the SX pro I have and I also told them there was a free version of CFW but it was not so simple as cutting and pasting, 2 of the 3 would have bought SX pro until I told them their switches were patched, the other person who can use CFW doesn't want to because they play online alot.
there are still over 19 million switch owners that TX can sell to.
According to my poll, a majority of SX OS purchases occurred before free backup-loading CFW. Since there are no other reliable numbers out there, this is all I have.Where are you getting that info from. Their resellers have not even dropped prices (to dump their inventory because of low sales).
I just picked up a SX pro a few months ago, and reading other posts here there seems to be alot of newbies just getting started with sx asking questions.
weirdI've never seen your poll and I've been on here for nearly a year
You can find my poll easily. Also, the 250,000 is unsubstantiated and says nothing about the purchase rate.I've never seen your poll and I've been on here for nearly a year, how do you know the users who replied to your poll have actually bought SX?
how many replies did you get from your poll ? . i take it no where near 250,000+ ?

Could be a rough estimate. Unless TX can give out more accurate sales figures.sorry i have seen your poll, 200 replies about 140 from Sx users and 60 who didn't buy it.
of course many people bought it when it came out, we all remember the posts and how TX had run out of stock, then the delays of the next batch.
not a very large sample of users thou

I've got nothing else to go on, and I'm not unsatisfied by 140.sorry i have seen your poll, 200 replies about 140 from Sx users and 60 who didn't buy it.

I don't accept claims just because they haven't been proven wrong, and again, a total number says nothing about whether or not sales are falling.well you can't prove the 250,000+ figure is wrong, just like you can't prove anything else you've posted
but you can say from the number of posts regarding SX on this forum they must have sold alot.
I'd rather have his poll than what TX said back in July for about 250,000 downloads.well you can't prove the 250,000+ figure is wrong, just like you can't prove anything else you've posted

Oh, it was TX who said it? Then it's completely unreliable.I'd rather have his poll than what TX said back in July for about 250,000 downloads.
What are you talking about? Sept doesn't contain any illegal keys. And why would you want an exploit to be burnt? At this point I hope they do burn a TSEC exploit. Use of closed source keys should not be legal in the first place and if I knew where I'd be reporting it. Either develop a way without using illegal keys or do nothing at all. Having the gall to paste your name on something like that is gross so I don't blame them not wanting to use sept.

250,000 and counting..
If the show up with 7.0.1 support and the ipatched Switches hacks... once again they will be ahead of the competition for real xD
btw:
They better hurry up, Mario Aces, Captain Toad and Smash all require 7.0.1 now to work....
Games will eventually require 7.0.x.Those games work just fine on 6.2, even Tales of Vesperia 1.0.2.
I'd rather have his poll than what TX said back in July for about 250,000 downloads.
