is part I think I did something wrong and my FlashCard does not appear in 3DS

I did not understand some part
1. Extract the "_nds" folder, and the "boot_fc.nds" file, to the flashcard's microSD Card root. Also make a copy of "boot_fc.nds", and rename the copy to "boot.nds".
2. Put .gb/.gbc/.nes/.nds ROMs anywhere on your flashcard's microSD card.
(Optional) Using your flashcard firmware to load retail/commercial ROMs
3. Extract what's in "Flashcard autoboot/(your flashcard)" to the root of the flashcard's microSD card. (Skip this, if you don't see your flashcard.)
4. DS Phat/DS lite users: Go to settings in the DS menu, and turn on auto-start, so your flashcard will start on boot.
5. You're good to go! Launch your flashcard, and TWiLight Menu++ will load! (Load "boot_fc.nds", if you're in the regular flashcard menu/autobooting doesn't work.)
6. You can also set your preferred sound/mic frequency, if you're using a DSi/3DS/2DS.
If you want to use TWL clock speed and/or VRAM boost on your flashcard games, launch your flashcard using TWiLight Menu++ on the console's SD card, with the "SCFG access in Slot-1" setting turned on.

Really? All of these steps?
Why can't you understand them? I can understand them just fine.
Just follow each step one by one.

Hey Robz! Loved DSiMenuPlusPlus but yesterday it randomly started giving me the "main.sdldr couldn't be found" message or something along those lines. I then proceeded to update to TwiLight Menu and when I turned my DSi XL on I noticed that all the system apps were missing! Settings, MY DSiware, all that! I have a backup so I'm just going to try and update again

Try following this guide (again, if you already did in the past): https://dsi.cfw.guide/

Awesome! Will do! It just seems weird how updating from DSiMenu to TWilight Menu can just remove those essential apps. I'm just going to restore my nand backup and try again

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Also Robz, do you think it would have something to do with the fact that when updating to twilight menu I deleted the _nds folder so I could copy the new one on?
