Hacking Question Money on the Nintendo account = no ban. Is it true?

Hi, just a curiosity: I read on the web that a valid method to avoid a ban today seems to be keeping money available on own Nintendo account, it's true or just a fake? Are there any confirmations here about users with money on their Nintendo account that have actually been banned too? Thx

Nintendo will ban you anyways for pirating, hacking, cheating.
They don't care if you have Money on your Account or not.

Could be true (But makes no sense). I used the EShop many times while beeing in CFW (Hekate, ReiNX) and am not banned but I think i just had luck.

I wouldn't risk it.

Guys, I know that it seems a senseless thing xD But the real question is: is there anyone who has been banned while having money on his Nintendo account? All the people I've talked to (with money on their account) have not been banned (yet?), so we need the confirmation of someone who has been banned to refute this theory xD

Maybe. I have purchased like 3 or 4 titles from the eshop, and i have cfw, i installed nsps(like 3) and played those (offline ofcorse), and i played online with my original titles (ofw). Still no ban.

I'm in EU, disabled telemetry before getting online, and still got banned immediately after I went online with my Switch, even though I've never tried to play online with any of my games, even the legit ones. Maybe updating the games caused the ban.

My ex actually had money on his account when he got banned for playing Pokemon Sun before release. Money on your account doesn't prevent you from getting banned.

If yes, you've installed fake tickets. A good reason to ban.
Also if you're using SX OS, this CFW is not safe.

All Software downloaded frmo CDN are Titlekey encrypted.
So the downloader generates a fake ticket with the titlekey in it.
If you install this NSP, the Ticket will be installed into your Ticketblob on your Switch.
Cuz it's a fake ticket, nintendo can detect this when you're going online.

There are non public methods, where the SDK is used, to rebuild the Games with Standard Crypto instead of Titlekey Crypto.
Standard Crypted Games don't need a titlekey, so it also doesn't need a Fake ticket to run.
If you install such a reencrypted NSP, there's no fake ticket installed to the ticket blob.

Doing this for ~2months now and playing online very often (my legit games). Still not banned
