I use Wii U Usb HELPER to install Youtube on Wii U. (take note, this was BEFORE THAT TITLE KEY SITE got shut down)
So far, so good, didn't encounter any problem except internet problem. I was trying to install Netflix but the only way is the eshop since there is none on the title key site. So I install Netflix officially and it works. My brain suddenly thinks that I should update and download Youtube from the eshop too so I deleted it and reinstall it via eshop.
Now after at the last end of the download and installing it, it suddenly goes to an error (Error Code: 105-3687), I tried multiple times ended up to the same results. One thing to note is that the background icon on the Youtube on my Wii U is red (old) and the eshop has white background. I use the latest version of eshop so it means that I auto-obtain DNS.
Now, I can't bring YouTube back since I don't have backup copy of WUP on my PC and the site is down. I love using YouTube on Wii U since my TV doesn't have Youtube app and ofc, wider screen.

tl;dr Is there a way to get wup file for YouTube for Wii U app or another way to install it?

Sorry for not clarifying my post earlier,
No, I can't access Wii U USB helper since the site is down.
I don't believe I can post a link to the thread from reddit because I'm not sure if it's against the rules but by searching on YouTube "Wii u usb helper workaround" there is a user by the name of BullyWiiPlaza that has two videos. I used a combination of those videos plus the reddit link in his discription of the video that has the word "FIX" in the title. I'd paste it but I do believe I can't link anything to do with piracy, correct me if I'm wrong folks.

It should be fine to post. I assume you mean this: https://www.reddit.com/r/CemuPiracy/comments/8gj8z8/workaround_download_and_run_wii_u_usb_helper/

Title key site isn't actually shut down, but the domain expired, if you add the IP to your hosts file it will work again.
