I'm so confused. DSiMenuPP doesn't have a 3dsx launcher, but SRMenu did, but that is what this same project used to be called before? So then to launch DSiMenuPP from the HBC I'd need the other app TWLoader, which is "discontinued", but that it's also done by the same author???

You don't need a phone to patch games, you just need to find a patcher for the right file format. Lunar IPS is fine for IPS patches, and xdelta Patcher is an option for xdelta files.

If possible, blease consider adding to DSiMenuPP a 3dsx version, so that it can be launched from the HBC!

Just download DSiMenu++ Launcher from the first post. There's a 3dsx for it.I'm so confused. Oh, there's a separate launcher. That's super confusing xD, but I just got it all working with it. Thank you!!
On a different matter:
1) TWLoader used to be able to increase the sound quality of nds games. Is that functionality here in any way?
2) I found a bug in DSiMenuPP when I press R+L+Select+Start to soft-reset a game. It tells me that A9LH was not found, and I need to press A to export a log or any other button to power off. Which makes sense given that I upgraded my CFW to B9S. For the record, TWLoader has the exact same behavior and screen when I do the same.
1) Yes. It's in DSiMenu++ settings. Just press L/R/X/Y to switch pages.
2) What version of Luma are you using? If it's the latest, try enabling game patching in Luma.
I've tried some other stuff but still can't get forwarders working with my DSTWO, just boots into the DSIMenu++ menu every time.
Honestly I'm sure there must be something wrong with your guide or files because I've followed every step 100% perfectly and it still doesn't work. I've tried over and over with formatted SDs, moving the location of my roms, making new forwarder CIAs, nothing works. All the files are in the correct places that are stated by the guide. I've definitely, definitely, definitely, followed the guide exactly as it says however it just doesn't work.

Hi, I installed everything as a guide for the first time. but when I install the two CIA files, nothing appears in the Home. How can I solve?
Did you install both CIAs of DSiMenu++?

Try creating a "nds" folder on the 3DS SD root, then do what I previously said.
The file being "dstwo.nds".
Is there any way to switch games without having to exit the Dsimenu? I try to do it by clicking the home button but it just tells me this.
That's normal, as you're in TWL_FIRM.
To exit to DSiMenu++, hold L+R+DOWN+B for 2 seconds.
Whenever I tey to change the boot logo it gives me a screen which instructs me to insert a sd card that does have dsimenu++ because the one i have does not. When i click the reboot it doesnt change the logo. Is there a reason for this?
There is no name assigned to D-Pad Right.
Also, enable DSiMenu++ splash in settings for the name changing to work.
I know that. When ever i press left to change it to srloader it gives me this scree. And i do have the splash enabled
Then go into "sd:/_nds/dsimenuplusplus/settings.ini", and set APP_NAME to 1.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
