If you want to have stats increase properly, you want to give all your characters the EXP so they'll be a KO away from Level 255. When they level up, their stats will be sorted properly by the game.I got a save that I use to to max my characters up to level 255 but it did not increase the attack the strength but I also found the attack offset for them.I don't have all the characters on the save, missing five of them.
Level offsets start at 33094,search 44 to find them
Attack offsets start at 330B6-330B7 search 9E01,C001,D201,8C01,AF01
P.S. I'm still learning hex so if I made any mistakes I sorry.
Managed to max out weapons for each character but messed up Ganon's Fury. Somehow ended up with Ganon's model but Agatha's moveset. Surprisingly didn't crash the game.
For leveling up the characters, I kinda remember the method I did for the Wii U version. I found the offsets for Link's EXP instead, and set it just one below max. Then the moment he killed one enemy, his level would jump all the way to 255, properly increasing the damage. From then on, with TCP Gecko, I would just use the Dojo to level up everyone else.I got a save that I use to to max my characters up to level 255 but it did not increase the attack the strength but I also found the attack offset for them.I don't have all the characters on the save, missing five of them.

its not impossible just requires some editing I actually used a hyrule warriors legends save as a template to mod all good weapons on my switch version Il upload it just need to copy paste the hex ids on a certain spot cant just copy paste whole thing heres my early save
the values seem to be the same for the weapons and characters is what I mean so with a little hex editing and copy paste you can actually copy equipment from legends to switch version as well as other stuff
I also opened the 3ds legends save in a editor and modified it copied the values in hxd with the legends version and pasted them at beginning of weapons to mod all the weapons I had from 3ds version can be done with characters too
just to let you know paste them at beginning where the weapon values are a little bit over so if its 00 00 00 ff its paste it after the 00 00 at the 00 ff
I have tested your save to see what has changed and it's true you have maxed out all characters, have all the good weapons, have almost unlimited ruby and all the loot. But I have seen it also one big bug. If you would try to play Ganon's Fury the game will automaticly crash.
I dont know if that comes from that you have ganon at lv 255, but I would like to find that out. But dont have a decent template where I can find out where the problem is. I tried using 3ds saves in 010 editor, but I cant find Ganon from Ganon Fury. So you tell or rather give me a decent template so I can try to find that problem?
Two useful offsets, rupees and materials, were found in another thread by Miyoko De Sigma. https://gbatemp.net/threads/hyrule-warriors-rupee-address.505724/
The original author says they were for the Japanese version but I've tested and confirmed the offsets are the same in the English release.
I'm attempting to find atleast one EXP offset to help with levelling using the dojo method described by Nevermore, will update if found.
EDIT3: Found it. Sheik's EXP can be set to a value that will cause a single kill to max her level by setting 330EC to 330EE to FF FF FF. Then you can use the rupee offset to max that out to dojo other characters.
Good find! I suspected the characters were divided into identical blocks with the string of F's being the demarcation point so to speak, but I didn't have time to play with it today. Looked like too coincidental of a pattern. Would you care to elaborate on exactly which of those offsets correspond to the extras you found on top of the EXP? Would be good to get a descriptive list going in case someone skilled enough to make a tool comes along. You're on to something. Just replace it with D9 F5 C3 which is the max experience in-game for each character. Ended up "07 FC 3F E0 00 00 00 01 00 FA 05 F6 09 C0 5D D9 F5 C3 00 02 00 3F 04 FE 00 1B 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 FF 0F" for each character between the "FF FF FF FF FF FF" and managed to max out each characters hearts, max out their levels, and ended up with the costumes for the DLC maps from the 3DS version.
