Hardware New motherboard for wii u gamepad PAL version

If you are worry about the PAL/NTSC issue, you can simply put iirc, a USA motherboard, and install HAXCHI, with this you will gain access to Region-free games and tittles, as well as homebrew.

The issue is : My gamepad is dead. I bought a new motherboard for it and replaced it. On the screen it comes up a message that the gamepad is from an another region an will not work. Haw can i install HAXCHI without a gamepad that works ?
