I've scoured the web for this one, and I can't find a single complete save file or cheat code? Anyone have anything?

None seem to exist. I would be happy to make some money cheats, since I can do codes as simple as that. But I don't have the game.

Ahh what a game. I used to play on retro machines and I discovered the Wii version.
Sadly, I think there's no any savegame/cheat for this game

Unfortunately I was unable to make any cheat codes. This was because the game seems to be changing the memory addresses it uses to store values for an unknow reason every time it runs. For example: the place variable is 0x0000001 for first place, 0x0000002 for second place and so on. When I found it it was under the address of 0x00ABC575, I wrote a cheat code to keep it stuck in first place. Since you need to restart a game to apply a cheat code, the code didn't work.
